Highly recommend visiting when you’re in flushing! Reasonably priced with so many wonderful options to choose from. We went with ordering a couple of appetizers and roast pork. Everything was delicious especially the warm sweet tofu. The staff were giving out free soup dumplings (maybe because it was before CNY?!) and dessert. Ended up taking a lot back home and thinking of when to visit next!

Those is a local restaurant in Bayside Queens that I had lunch with a friend. You can stop in for lunch or take out since it’s set up for both.I highly recommend sitting down and having a delicious meal at this restaurant. A bonus is you’ll get a free order of fantastic Soup Dumplings with your meal. They have a wide variety of soup dumplings to choose from plus lots of other appetizers and entrees. When my meal ended I took home half a duck and a pound of barbecue pork that they cut up in front of me. They were delicious as well.If I’m in the neighborhood I’ll definitely eat here again!!!

This breakfast restaurant is amazing. Thank them for giving me the last warm breakfast of my last NY trip. Everything tasted great and authentic. They gave free pork soup dumplings for each table. I really loved their dumplings and tofu puddings. Dim sum was also delicious.Vegetarian options: Authentic Chinese vegetarian food

If you're looking for an authentic taste of Shanghai in a cozy yet vibrant setting, Shanghai You Garden is a must-visit. Known for their signature soup dumplings (xiao long bao), this spot delivers on flavor, texture, and that satisfying burst of rich broth with every bite.We started with their famous soup dumplings, which were perfectly delicate, filled with a rich, flavorful broth, and wrapped in a thin, tender skin that held up beautifully. Each bite was an explosion of umami, and they even offer different varieties—including pork, crab, and even colorful dumplings infused with natural flavors.Next, we indulged in a steaming bowl of udon noodles, which had just the right chew and came in a savory, comforting broth. The dish was simple yet deeply satisfying, balancing fresh ingredients and bold flavors. To end on a sweet note, we tried a delicious dessert that rounded out the meal perfectly. The balance of sweetness and texture made it the perfect finale, leaving us craving another visit soon.Whether you’re a dumpling enthusiast or just looking for a solid, comforting meal, Shanghai You Garden delivers an authentic Shanghai-style experience that keeps you coming back for more. Highly recommended!
